Return & Exchanges

Return & Refund Policy – JOVIAN OMNIWARE INC

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale and promotional items remain subject to our standard return/exchange policy.


CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing begins. If the order is cancelled at that time, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

  • All items must be returned with original boxes/packaging.

  • All items must be returned in one package.

  • Return/Exchange shipments must use the same courier service as the original delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted from the same country as the original shipping address (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).

  • Customized items cannot be returned.

  • Return/exchange shipping and import fees are not covered and are at the customer’s expense.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare items cannot be returned.

  • Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner is intact.

  • Faulty items may naturally be returned.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns/exchanges that show signs of wear or tampering.

If your return is rejected, you will be notified and may choose to have the item sent back at your own expense.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Please email our support team with the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo showing the issue (for faulty items)

Step 2: Repack Your Items

Place the items and your receipt back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Complete the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice

Fill out three (3) copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form.
Insert all copies into the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it (required for customs).

Step 4: Hand Over the Package

Give the package to the courier. Once inspected, securely close the package.


REFUND

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your package reaches our facility, please allow 7–14 business days (depending on volume) for processing.

If the returned item does not meet the listed conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
